What does shilajit taste like?
Earthy, bitter and a little smoky. That's the taste of genuine resin. A little honey in your drink softens it.
How much should I take?

The lid is stuck. What do I do?
Resin on the threads can make the lid stick, especially when it's cold. Run just the lid under warm tap water for 30–60 seconds, dry it, then twist. Wipe the rim before closing so it doesn't stick again. See the full guide.
